Every plan includes
3 days' grace before anything locks
When a licence expires, everything keeps working for another 3 days. A failed payment or a clock problem can never lock you out on the spot.
Runs on your hardware, even offline
The product checks its licence on your own servers, without contacting us. If we cannot be reached, your product keeps running. We warn you before a licence is due to expire.

Common questions
What happens if my licence lapses?
Nothing for 3 days: everything keeps running. After that the product locks. You can still sign in and read your reports and logs, but monitoring and blocking stop. Your data stays put, and a new licence brings everything straight back.
Can I run it with no internet connection?
Yes. That is the Cyber On-Prem plan at AUD $60,000 a year. You install a signed licence file by hand, and everything works on your own servers. It never needs to contact us.
Do you see my traffic?
No. Your requests, logs and alerts stay on your own servers, and nothing about them is sent to us. The only thing that crosses into your network is the licence file, and you can install that by hand.
What do I have to set up?
Very little. It learns your normal traffic and flags what does not fit, so there are no rules, signatures or thresholds to write. The one setting is your false-block budget: how many genuine visitors you are willing to risk blocking, such as 1 in 1,000. Now and then, when your traffic really changes, you re-learn your normal.
Does the bill go up when I am attacked?
No. The price is flat and traffic is never metered, so a month with an attack costs the same as a quiet one.
Can I start with one product and add more?
Yes. One install runs the whole range, and your licence decides which products are on, so adding one is a licence change, not a reinstall. From three products up, Cyber Unlimited costs less and turns on all four.
